除鐵器 Iron Separators RCDD

幹式自卸式電磁 除鐵器 ，是在RCDB－T系列超強幹式電磁除鐵器基礎上，增加了自動卸鐵機構的改型産品，能夠連續(xù)自動卸鐵，适用于各種惡劣環境下(xià)選用。 It is used to eliminate the powder or massive waste iron from the nonmagnetic material. The inner adopts the special resin to cast with wholly sealed structure. It features with deep revealed magnetic depth, strong magnetic force, dust-protection and rain-protection, erosion wearing and so on. It can be operated in the harsh environment.

RCYD(C)系列 永磁自卸式除鐵器 是由高性能永(yǒng)磁磁(cí)芯、棄(qì)鐵皮帶、減速電機、框架、滾筒等部分組成，與各種 輸送機 配套使用。用于從(cóng)非磁性物料中自(zì)動清除0.1—35公斤重(zhòng)的鐵磁性物質。其内部磁路采用計算機模拟設(shè)計、完善的雙(shuāng)磁極結(jié)構(gòu)，保障整機在惡(è)劣環境中(zhōng)無故障長期運行。  

It is made up with permanent magnetic chip of robust performance, iron-discharging belt, reducer, frame and roller etc. and can match with all kinds of conveyors. It is used to eliminate the ferromagnetic material weighing from 0.1kg to 35kg .Inside we employ the computerized simulating run in the harsh environment for a long period.
